Usage:
Our tensioning devices are characterized by a high adaptation flexibility to your tensioning task. The use of standardized tensioning technology as well as the use of individually adapted tensioning systems enables the solution of all tensioning problems. Tensioning devices are used in transfer lines and machining centers with hydraulic or manual tensioning of one or several components, mechanical blocking or hydraulic clamping of bearings, supports, or spanners.

• Crankcase: cylinder head, cylinder head cover, crankshaft, camshaft, con-rod, bearing shell, timing case, camshaft cover, bearing cap

Usage:
Our tensioning devices are used e.g. in fitting transfer lines with continuous appliance carriages. In this case, the component is inserted and externally tensioned before the first machining step. Component tension is maintained by the tension elements added and the component traverses the various machining stations together with the tensioning device.

Usage:
Another area where our tensioning equipment can be applied is the use of devices in rotary table and revolving transfer machines. Here, all the advantages of modern 3D construction are brought to the fore: an optimized design of the tensioning device and the entire process of interfering contour analysis of device, component, machining task, tools used, testing and measuring devices in the machining process and the entire environment of the machine.
